Over 20 years of senior Operations, and Human Resources and Health and Safety management experience gained in the hospitality, construction and service delivery industries.

Successful strategic project planner with a background in the design and launch of new startup facilities. Always focused on continually improving business processes to deliver corporate goals.

Speaker #3: Gail MacAllister, Department Manager, Queen’s University, School of Policy Studies 

Topic: Workplace Conflict Resolution

Gail MacAllister has been with Queen’s University for the last 28 years in a variety of capacities, and recently left the Office of the University Ombudsman after 5 years of dispute resolution with internal and external stakeholders of Queen’s University.  She has extensive dispute resolution experience and will complete her Masters of Law degree in Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School in January and convocated in June 2020.  Gail also holds a Masters of Theology and a Masters of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University.

a. You are in the Orange Wing

2. Upon entering make a right hand turn heading towards the bookstore

3. Continue straight past IT services and the bookstore 

4. Upon entering the cafeteria, make a sharp left-hand turn

5. Proceed straight over the bridge and make a right hand turn into the upper concourse  

     You are now in the upper concourse, Yellow Wing

6. Continue across concourse, towards the corridor with the double doors
