#202 Mental Health Leadership: Practical Guide for People Leaders 

A troubling survey from the Canadian Mental Health Association showed that almost 80 per cent of Ontarians now believe we’ll be in a serious mental health crisis post-pandemic.  Working through mental health and burnout challenges are the priorities that People Leaders have now been tasked with in most of the organizations.  

Leaders can feel ill-equipped to address the challenges presented by those experiencing a mental health issue.  In this session People leaders will increase their awareness of mental health challenges and explore their role and scope of influence in promoting mental health in the workplace.
