#303 – Moving Away from Burnout
HR Power Lunch
Burnout – we all know it’s a risk, especially during a global pandemic. Do you know how to assess your organization’s risk of contributing to burnout? Do you know the signs of burnout and how many you might be showing right now? In this 1.5 hour session, we’ll walk you through some tools to help you answer that. You’ll also be able to take these tools with you after the session and use them in your workplace.
In the spirit of preventing burnout, you’re invited to join this session in your running shoes and headset so you can walk or move around as we work through it. Whether it’s walking outside, or even just around your apartment, walking and movement is healthy and welcome! You’ll receive extensive notes afterwards, so you don’t need to write anything down. Whether you sit, walk or move another way, this masterclass will leave you better equipped to identify, prevent and recover from burnout.
