Stephen Green is one of the two Senior Partners at Green and Spiegel and is Certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by The Law Society of Ontario. Stephen has been practising immigration law for 30 years and has extensive experience in all areas of Canadian immigration. Stephen has been identified for many years as a leading practitioner in immigration law. Stephen is considered a subject matter expert in the field, frequently asked to speak as a panelist, moderator and lecturer.

Ellie Slavens is a Partner and the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) Practice Director at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto. Ellie’s practice covers all areas of Canadian immigration law including applications for temporary work permits, study permits, visitor visas, as well as applications for Permanent Residence through the Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs. Ellie is experienced in Labour Market Impact Assessment applications, Compliance Reviews under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, and Inspections under the International Mobility Program. She is also able to assist clients in overcoming criminal and medical inadmissibility issues through applications for temporary resident permits and criminal rehabilitation.

Terri Oliver is a career Global Mobility professional and very proud of the diverse experience she has attained over her 25+ year career at multinational organizations, including the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, McCain Foods, KPMG, Manulife, Nortel Networks, and Siemens. Her expertise resides in the specialized requirements to ensure we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time. This includes the development of strategic talent mobility programs, global compensation methodologies, considerations for pension, social security and benefits, while managing immigration & income tax compliance. She holds memberships and designations with CERC and ERC, and the RECO. She possesses a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and HR Management from York University, a real estate broker's license, the designation of Certified Global Mobility Professional (CGMP), and the Global Mobility Specialist - Strategic Talent Mobility (GMS-T) designation with ERC. She sits on the CERC Government Relations Committees for Immigration and Income Tax, and is a former member of the CERC Board of Directors, and has presented and submitted articles for CERC and ERC, the Ontario Bar Association, Workforce Mobility magazine, Canadian HR Reporter, Federated Press, and the Canadian Management Professionals Association.
