Nancy Fonseca

Nancy Fonseca is a Senior Vice President at Great Place to Work® Canada. Nancy is accountable for helping to build executive relationships based on trust and collaboration, as well as and partnering with key stakeholders both in business and in the broader community. Nancy has a strong track record in strategic planning and execution, enabling organizations to obtain great results. In a number of leadership capacities, Nancy has supported leading Canadian organizations as they strive build out great practices that enable execution of their strategic goals. Nancy speaks four languages, is based in Toronto, Canada and has broad international experiences and perspectives.

Estela Vázquez Pérez

Estela Vazquez Perez is adviser to modern companies on Employer of Choice Reputation Management, Employer Brand, and Employee Experience Design.
She creates stellar employee experiences that attract and retain the right talent for today and the future of work, positioning her at the intersection of brand, people and business strategy. Estela delivers results that are measurable, scalable, and with scientific precision. Her work on Employer Brand comes to life in partnership with world-class creative agencies including TMP Worldwide, Grey, Publicis, Interbrands, Universum, and many local brands.
Her experience spans from Asia to Europe, and throughout the Americas, including roles in organizational development, leadership, strategy and change, Experience Management (XM), employer branding, and recruitment marketing for the Financial Services, Education, Wellness, and Management Consulting industries.
She is a contributor to Great Place to Work Institute; Human Capital Institute expert suites; the Canadian Human Resources Association; the International Association of Volunteering Effort; Universum Global; the Employee Experience Institute; Dale Carnegie; Lead Addeco Magazine; and others. Estela uses her experience, and certifications as Training and Development Professional and Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member to mentor and coach new Canadians.
As a certified training and development professional and Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member, Estela coaches the careers of new Canadian women.
Estela is Director Employee Experience at Lifemark Health Group and previously led the Organizational Development Function at Alterna Savings Credit Union, and the Global Employer Brands of RBC and Scotiabank.
She is a graduate of Tec de Monterrey in Mexico with a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, a Bachelor of Marketing, and a series of certifications including PROSCI Change Management, CTDP, Maxwell Leadership and Coaching.
