Patrizia has intricate knowledge of employment and labour legislation, a deep understanding of how both legislation and case law applies to the situation at hand, and a dedication to ensuring the success of her clients’ businesses. Her practice covers all aspects of the employment relationship: hiring, performance management, accommodation, workplace restructuring, termination, and post-employment obligations.
