This past year has been difficult. The pandemic has challenged all of us in ways we never could have imagined prior. Between lockdowns, isolation, and a variety of increased demands and pressures, many of us are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

We have been so focused on sacrifice and taking care of others that we have overlooked our own needs. In our time together we will explore the science of kindness and self-compassion. In order to stay healthy and to prevent burnout we must take the time to give back to ourselves. And we can accomplish this by focusing more on building resilience and practicing self-compassion. Bottom line: It is essential to care for ourselves so we have the energy to continue giving to others. This presentation will provide you with tools and strategies to help you take the time to care for yourself. In this informative session you will learn:
