Financial management and its ability to articulate the value of human resources is of significant concern to those in HR who are dealing with the constant pressure to eliminate positions, discretionary spend and overall employee support. This in-person event is designed to show HR professionals how senior management views financial success and how such metrics can be leveraged by HR to demonstrate their increased value in the organization.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify the key financial statements that are impacted by the HR department.
  2. Identify the key performance indicators used to assess a company's financial health. Recognize how key performance indicators are impacted directly or indirectly by the HR department.
