During this webinar, our HR for HR team will discuss how HR and HR Professionals are advancing the role of HR through people strategy, mental health, professional development, recruitment, training and driving the culture. Speaker Bios
Diana Valler, CHRL
Diana Valler is an enthusiastic Human Resources executive with over 17 years of extensive experience in Strategic Human Resources, Talent Management and Organizational Transformation that focus on tangible business results. Diana has demonstrated a track record of success as Vice President of Human Resources for multiple professional services companies within the franchising, consulting, software and travel industries. She is part of the company Executive Board leading the Human Resources Shared Services while volunteering for multiple initiatives within the community.
Kaneez Jaffer, CHRL
Kaneez is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with a deep knowledge of human resources and organizational structure and design. She has extensive experience with HRIS systems and understands the need to move HR from a transactional model to a transformational one. Kaneez has worked in the investment banking, insurance, and legal industries as well as with large not-for-profit centres helping to simplify and streamline their internal systems. She is an expert in building relationships and affecting change in a positive and productive way.
Cindy Zarnett, CHRL
A dynamic and innovative Senior Human Resources Leader who believes in building and developing workplaces that work. Cindy is the proud Founder of squaredots, a boutique HR solution providing project-based virtual HR expertise to businesses that directly influence their culture, engagement, productivity and results. Cindy has over 25 years of experience and expertise in people, performance, recruitment, strategy, leadership, employee experience, coaching, people analytics, operations, resume and LinkedIn profile redesign, interview preparation, culture, change, inclusion, talent, remote teams, content creation, facilitation and policies.
Diane O'Ball, CHRL
A strategic and tactical senior Human Resources professional and business partner with progressive experience in generalist and managerial roles. Strong knowledge and experience in corporate, entrepreneurial and manufacturing/distribution environments, delivering solutions across a wide range of human resources functional areas.
Loretta Colbeck, CHRL
A Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience and with a great passion on buildign teams. In her own words: "The culture of an organization is like a heart beat. It is would guides and drives the front line team to engage and service at a level that goes above and beyond the average. A great culture can carry a team only so far, without a vision and goals to guide the beat the song won't make sense. Goals help focus a team so they know where to put their hearts energy. Having someone who understands how to pull the team together, set the vision and translate it to goals that focus the team is like finding the perfect magician, the one that can pull of the tricks without giving away the magic."

Amrinder has 10+ years of professional experience in Human Resources and Information Technology. With an enriching journey working as a Technical Consultant- ABAP Developer for Enterprise Resource Planning( ERP) for a technology company in India to finally finding her passion in Human Resources, she has come a long way. She is always on the quest of finding opportunities to add value to life by learning, helping and mentoring others around her.
