Join us for a coffee chat on HR in unionized environments with a Human Resources Advisor from the City of Guelph. In this role, HR goes far beyond hiring—supporting fire services, paramedics, and recreation teams while navigating collective agreements, employee relations, grievances, and complex workplace issues.
You’ll get a closer look at how HR partners with leadership, works across multiple unions, and contributes to everything from recruitment to labour relations and workplace investigations.
