Renu Kalani is the Director, Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness for Bayshore Home Health, where she leads strategic people initiatives that support one of Canada’s largest home and community healthcare organizations. With more than 15 years of HR leadership experience across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Chile, and India, Renu has built a career leading organizations through growth, transformation, and complex workforce challenges across healthcare, long-term care, manufacturing, and other highly regulated industries. Her experience includes leading global mergers and acquisitions, opening new long-term care homes across Canada, negotiating collective agreements, guiding organizational restructuring and facility closures, and partnering with executive leaders to build resilient, high-performing organizations. A former HRPA Board Director, Renu is passionate about developing future leaders and believes that exceptional client care begins with engaged employees. She is excited to share her leadership journey and practical insights on navigating a rewarding career in HR within Canada’s healthcare sector.
