Susan Haywood, CHRP, CHRL, Managing Partner

Sue is an Associate Professor at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and the President and Founder of HR Blueprints consulting firm. She has served as chief negotiator for many tables in provincial and federal jurisdictions and the public and private sectors. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for strengthening HR business practices in line with company values and existing legislation, as well as for championing diversity & inclusion and employee wellness and driving business profitability through a people-first approach, it is Sue's creativity and problem-solving abilities that set her apart. She is also a mom to a son and passionate about rescuing and adopting Great Danes - a hobby her family reluctantly supports but does not encourage.
