Hina Ghaus is an associate in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office. Her practice focuses on employment, labour, and human rights law. Hina acts for employers on issues ranging from hiring to termination, health and safety, workplace harassment complaints, and human rights matters. Prior to joining the firm, Hina gained hands-on experience working at a boutique employment firm, as well as a test case litigation clinic. Hina is on the Board of Directors for Independent Living Waterloo Region, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating choice and support for people with disabilities to live independent lives.
