Most diversity training relies on outdated classroom-based methods that fail to captivate, challenge, and truly transform learners. Great content is only half the battle! In this talk, Dr. Aaron Barth will provide a new model for diversity training that harnesses scientific learning principles to drive real behaviour change. He’ll explore how simulations and spaced learning techniques can unlock learning and help anyone improve their soft skills.

Learning Objectives:

After the session, participants will be able to:
1. integrate learning science principles into the design of their diversity training
2. drive higher engagement from their employees for their diversity training by focusing on real-world situations
3. improve learning outcomes for their soft skills training

Agenda:

5:30 pm Welcome and Networking
6:00 pm Dinner
7:00 pm Speaker Presentation
8:30 pm Event Concludes

Registration Closes:  October 10, 2023 at 8:00 AM…or sooner if it sells out!
