This presentation enhances the skills and knowledge of HR professionals by providing a comprehensive understanding of how Generative AI is reshaping the HR landscape and equipping participants with actionable tools and strategies. Three Learning Objectives:

Understand the practical applications of Generative AI in HR functions: Participants will gain insight into how AI-driven tools can enhance recruitment, training, employee engagement, and workforce analytics, helping them streamline processes and improve decision-making. 

Develop ethical and effective AI strategies: Attendees will learn how to identify and mitigate risks associated with AI, including bias and data privacy concerns, ensuring they can implement AI solutions responsibly while maintaining a human-centered approach.
