Rebecca Gardiner, CHRP, Recruiter

Rebecca started her career as an Employment Counsellor helping individuals with disabilities secure employment. It was through this role Rebecca was introduced to the field of HR. As an Employment Counsellor, Rebecca specialized in resume development, skills training, and interview preparation. Rebecca has over 10 years of experience in the field of HR, specializing in talent acquisition. She possesses her CHRP and is working towards her CHRL designation. Rebecca has work experience in a variety of industries, including: health care, finance, non-profit, and commercial retail. Presently, Rebecca is a Recruiter for a global science and technology innovator.
