Terminating employment is potentially one of the most difficult and expensive situations to arrive on the desk of any HR professional. However, in many cases liability can be greatly reduced by keeping a few simple principles in mind. Join us as Elizabeth Traynor walks us through how to delicately and elegantly navigate termination situations at your organization. Elizabeth will talk in detail about how to deal with a termination provision that may not be enforceable, seeking a solution, and avoiding pitfall under the Human Rights Code.
