This forum provides a supportive environment for those HR professionals in transition or seeking a change from their current role. CDNG meetings are open and free for all HRPA members and includes a key note speaker on a relevant topic related to search and career advancement.

Most people spend more time planning their annual vacation than planning out goals that they would truly love. We have a choice to create results by design or by default. This workshop will study the language of success, simple thinking-strategies, and how to stay motivated to override the one thing that causes people to lose steam. This workshop is applicable to HR as it will support clarity on defining goals, tools to coach support others in succession and career path planning and or career transition

Learning Objectives:

  • Mindset awareness Goal setting/visioning
  • Career path/ succession planning Tools can be applied to own career path and used to support employees within an organization to gain clarity on goals and career path planning
