HR professionals have a role in shaping how a company is run, to how the organization retains employees and achieves its long-term goals. Please join us as we share leadership insights from a few HR journeys ( unveiling challenges, successes, lessons learned and outlooks into the future) where we can learn from experiences and look forward to building future success.

As HR leaders, we may all agree that our journey is never uneventful and sometimes unpredictable. In this event, we will have the opportunity to hear and learn from the experiences of a number of HR leaders who are at different stages of their HR careers.

We will be learning about their growth in emotional intelligence, leadership and self-awareness skills; building organizational success through team performance; strategies they used for decision making; how to successfully engage others and building long-lasting relationships. These are all essential competencies that cultivate a successful HR leader and outcomes in the practice of human resources.
