Ruben Benmergui, CHRP, CHRL, Owner

RUBEN BENMERGUI BA, MIR, LLM, CHRP, CHRL is a Certified HR Professional and Leader with several years of experience in senior management positions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University, a Master of Industrial Relations degree from Queen’s University, and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, of York University. He is an independent Consultant based in Ottawa and also teaches part-time in the Department of Law at Carleton University and the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University. He is a published author, speaker, and presenter on HR Management topics and issues, and is a former Board Member of HRPA.
