Event Description:

This presentation will provide participants with an overview of effective compensation and performance management planning, current and innovative trends in incentive design, and ways to positively motivate and drive expected behaviours and results within their organizations.

Speaker Bio:

Brad Kelly
Brad is a Masters of Public Administration graduate of Carleton’s School of Public Policy and Administration. He graduated as Valedictorian at the University of Waterloo and holds Honours degrees and specializations in Political Science, Public Administration, Legal Studies, and Philosophy. Brad studied at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and received numerous awards for his work.
