Setting up your employees to work remotely happened at lightning speed. A process that would normally have taken months of planning took place virtually overnight. Working from home is likely to last for months or years and, in some cases, is likely to be a permanent reality. Do you have the right policies in place.

With the economy reopening, many employers are also scrambling to establish policies to manage the ramp-up process from staggering the number of people in the office to the requirement to wear masks. There are many things to cover.

And much of this is falling on HR to manage. Your role has never been more important.
