Workforce change is often communicated through managers who did not shape the decision and have had little time to prepare. This session gives HR leaders practical frameworks to assess organizational and manager readiness, equip managers with context rather than scripts, prepare for difficult employee questions, and establish effective follow-up and escalation systems.
Workforce change often reaches managers before they are ready to lead it. By the end of this session, participants will be able to turn an approved decision into clear, credible manager conversations, even when they were not part of making the decision.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Participants will be able to identify the information, employee impacts and implementation details managers need before speaking with their teams.
Participants will be able to equip managers to respond to difficult questions, communicate what is known without guessing or overpromising, and follow up on concerns as the change unfolds.
