Developing the confidence and capacity to manage conflict at its lowest level creates the best opportunity to prevent unnecessary escalation. This session equips leaders with practical knowledge and tools for dealing with workplace challenges and creating respectful work environments. Participants will be introduced to skills to identify issues, work towards common interests, and effectively engage in difficult conversations
