Women’s health is a vital yet often overlooked component of workplace wellbeing, and for HR leaders, addressing it is both an equity issue and a strategic priority. According to McKinsey, closing the women’s health gap in Canada could boost the economy by $37 billion annually by 2040 as a result of improved productivity, reduced absenteeism, and better workforce participation when health barriers are addressed.

This webinar will explore how organizations can embed women’s health into holistic wellbeing strategies by examining its impact on employee engagement, retention, and overall performance. The presentation will cover the intersection of physical, mental, and emotional health, the unique needs across life stages such as reproductive health and menopause, and the importance of inclusive policies and benefits that reflect these realities. Attendees will consider how leadership and culture can foster openness and support, while leveraging data-driven insights to design effective programs. The session will also highlight emerging innovations, including digital health tools and AI-driven solutions, that personalize care and improve access.

The goal of this webinar is to equip HR leaders with actionable strategies to make women’s health a cornerstone of wellbeing initiatives, driving both employee satisfaction, and organizational success.
