Peterborough: 01.20.21 *Virtual* Talent Management in The New Reality of Remote Working

Using psychometrics, we'll start with employee perspective, then Managers perspective then how HR can assist.

- Survival mode while working remotely

- Opposing traits collide, we're expecting people to do both. Traits normally sought after for remote work (Disciplined, organized, traditional, guardians of procedure, etc.) compared to desired traits for crisis (pandemic) management (react quickly, prioritization, ambiguity, change agents, etc.)

Leadership from a distance:

-   How psychometrics can detect emotional stability

-   Emotional empathy from Mgrs. more important now than ever

-   Competency development and using automation to do it

- Using an all in one automated platform to efficiently hire, lead and grow your talent pool, effectively with real time analytics

- Automated development of competencies all in one platform

- How to help HR professionals support their leaders in an environment of remote work and insecurity

- Help Managers alleviate their blind spots

- Pinpoint natural characteristics which are associated with performance (and non-performance) in your organization

- Tools to help you shine in your position with ability to back up your decisions

- Leverage and Maintain commitment and productivity, especially during remote work
