Melanie Hill, CHRP, CHRL, Founder & Principal Consultant

With close to 20 years of professional and consulting experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Melanie improves workplaces and moves organizations forward. Combining business awareness with heart and humor, Melanie is a communication catalyst, offering unique learning, coaching and consulting approaches that help individuals, teams and leaders reclaim vital human connections skills for the brighter results at work and beyond. Melanie has worked with a variety of organizations and industries including manufacturing, technology, hospitality, retail, trades, professional services and non-profit.

She is a graduate of the University of Guelph and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association and Institute for Performance and Learning. Melanie has received training from the Canadian Organizational Development Institute (CODI), has a Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development from York University, is a certified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 Coach and is an experienced facilitator with a passion for enhancing workplace communication and developing new and front-line leaders.
