Her expertise spans health and safety, policy development, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Cheryl has a strong track record of building and scaling HR functions, having successfully established the HR department from the ground up at a Canadian start-up. She brings a pragmatic, people-focused approach to her work, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals while fostering positive workplace culture. Currently, Cheryl leads the HR function at a Kitchener based organization, where she is focused on strengthening HR practices and supporting continued business growth through strategic people initiatives.
