Join us for an informative session where we will discuss Employee Health Testing and medical surveillance, and the difference between compliance-required testing and testing done for discretionary purposes.
We will cover what's possible, how such testing works, and the outcome of the tests as well as what information providers can or can't share with the employer. We will share helpful tips about how to "read between the lines" when providers are limited in what they can communicate.
Speaker Luis Rodrigues will make time to take questions.

- Understand how Employee Health Testing can be used to protect your company and help reduce WSIB costs, and when it might NOT be appropriate.
- Learn how to develop or adjust the protocols (tests) for your company and workforce considerations.
- Learn how to work with a testing provider - what's possible, what's important and best practices for make testing go smoothly.
