In this highly interactive session Rich will take you on a journey understanding and developing core change tools to cope with change, no matter what shape or form it brings!

The last 2 years have brought the biggest disruption to our working lives for over a generation. Understanding the drivers for emotional response to change as we all witnessed the importance of change response, reaction and readiness as well as the tools to guide and grow through current and future change.

Rich will introduce you to CARL, his model for navigating disruption. CARL is an acronym for Curiosity, Agility, Resilience and Leadership which all play key parts in the success of any organizational or individual to be ready for the next surprise!
