Jill is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience. She has worked for a global not-for-profit, both in HR and overseeing their operations across Canada, Africa, and other regions around the world. Jill has provided HR expertise, leadership training, and competency development in 20 countries. She is recognized for her expertise in people leadership, organizational development, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Jill is passionate about advancing equitable and inclusive practices and leveraging technology to enhance HR services, empowering people to achieve excellence. She is currently the principal at Bartley HR services, a boutique HR firm working with small to medium and not-for-profits organizations with tailored solutions and fractional HR services.
