The amount of change has never been greater with new challenges of working from home, lay-offs, employees home stress combined with increased work stress, increase in mental health , and the fear of uncertainty. With the skills of resiliency, individuals will be better prepared to navigate through these times of uncertainty, and become more adaptive rather than re-active during stress. The Sherry Campbell Group is proud to present one of our most requested workshops “Developing a resilient culture in times of change”. Throughout the workshop Sherry will be delivering impactful tools to help you become a resilient leader, teaching you the skills to bring back to your workforce and implement with your staff members. With these tools your team will have increased resiliency, emotion regulation, effective communication, productivity, and be able to take charge of those bad day! Now, more than ever, it is crucial to equip our teams  with the tools needed to tackle the ever changing landscape of today’s world. Shery looks forward to an engaging, informative and joyful workshop for all attendees
