Leadership is changing—and fast. What organizations valued yesterday isn’t necessarily what drives success today. Based on the latest psychometric data from thousands of leaders, this webinar uncovers how leadership behaviors have shifted in the past year and what companies are prioritizing now.
Why does this matter? Because the leaders you develop and promote today determine your organization’s future success. In this webinar, we’ll break down the behaviors that set top-performing leaders apart right now, and how you can use these insights to build stronger teams and a competitive advantage.
Expect to learn:

  • What the data says about the behaviors that matter most today.
  • How leadership expectations have evolved and why.
  • Practical steps to align your leadership development with the new reality.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the most significant shifts in measured leadership behaviors over the past year.
  • Identify which skills organizations are prioritizing in 2025.
  • Learn how to leverage these insights to shape leadership development, succession planning, and hiring strategies.
  • Gain practical recommendations for bridging the gap between current leadership capability and future organizational needs.
