Joanna Kelly brings 30 years of leadership and customer focused experience to the Talent Company. With over 15 years in the Recruitment space she has worked with a variety of industries from Corporate Services to Manufacturing. Having a diversity of experience allows Joanna to bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to many industries. Joanna has led the Search Team at The Talent Company for the last 2 years. She takes a consultative approach to client and candidate relationships, understanding the needs and motivations of both sides in order to ensure a successful outcome for all. With the creation and implementation of proactive and comprehensive processes, Joanna ensures both her team and her clients are able to hire successfully. Her experience also allows her to identify gaps in an organization's Recruitment Strategy, share suggestions on how to eliminate them and create efficiency in their process.
