HR From the Inside: Battle Scars Earned from My Own Mistakes & Victories

In this session, Louise will discuss real-life case examples of situations, opportunities & ethical dilemmas she’s faced in her 25 year career and the role of the HR professional in solving people-centric organizational issues. Louise identifies where HR was the saviour and where it failed in issues prevention or remediation.

You might laugh, you might cry but you’ll absolutely reflect on your own HR practice and how to do things better!
