Maciej Lipinski JD, PhD is a practicing lawyer focusing on employment law and is the Principal and Founder of The Process Legal. He has a background as a research psychologist studying how technologies change interpersonal dynamics. Maciej will speak to the “AI for HR Practitioners” topic with a legal, privacy and policy lens to provide helpful guidance as we navigate the challenges of AI in the workplace. Maciej’s presentation will provide practical guidance from a legal lens, while also delving into ways to anticipate and make human-centered workplace adaptations to the changing ways we interact with technology.
