Hybrid work is here to stay, and it’s challenging our definitions and norms of culture, connection and engagement. Interactions feel transactional, we’re overloaded with meetings, and you can only do so many virtual cocktail hours before you realize they aren’t actually elevating engagement.

It’s time to shift our paradigm. In this interactive talk, Pam brings the neuroscience and psychology of engagement, plus practical examples from leading organizations to help us build culture and connection in a hybrid world.

You’ll learn:

  • what defines culture in a hybrid world
  • how to apply the neuroscience of engagement in a remote work environment
  • ways to build trust and psychological safety when you’re not physically together
  • simple exercises you can take back to your team and your business partners to help build connection
