Unconscious or implicit bias has become a hot topic, and unconscious bias training is increasingly sought after, yet the nature of such bias means training isn’t enough to address it. This interactive and experiential workshop will not only highlight the impacts of bias on the workplace but provide an opportunity to develop tools and strategies to consciously mitigate unconscious bias.

Participants will learn how to:

-    Understand the prevalence of unconscious bias in HR
-    Understand the impact unconscious bias has on recruitment and retention
-    Introduce strategies and tools to mitigate unconscious bias
