A fundamental professional and survival skill for HR Professionals is a high degree of competency in general negotiations and dispute resolution in Non-Union and Union workplaces. These competencies are embedded in the daily practice of Human Resource Management and we practice them in a "Fishbowl" open to the full view of many stakeholders. During the session Ruben Benmergui will provide an overview of how to better understand general negotiation tactics and the conflict resolution dynamic, assessing your personal skillset within these factors as well as helping us understand the real financial cost of conflict in organizations.
