  • Is there an accessible and approachable pipeline to introduce new ideas? Are fresh ideas invited, encouraged, and supported?
  • Do team members feel their ideas are heard and valued?
  • Do people feel safe to share divergent ideas and take risks on your team?

Join us for an insightful and practical webinar on Fostering a Feedback Culture to Improve Team Dynamics. This webinar is designed to support leaders to create environments and team dynamics that foster psychological safety so that team members feel safe to take risks, share ideas, and express concerns without fear.

By the end of the webinar, you will be able to

  • Identify barriers to psychological safety and key strategies to foster a feedback culture.
  • Develop a toolbox of frameworks, policies, or initiatives that may support you in fostering an environment conducive and inviting to feedback culture.
