Event Description

This will be the Mentorship Committee’s first virtual event! The main goal of the event is to provide the Toronto Chapter’s Mentorship community with support, mentoring, and discussion on how we can continue developing our professional lives during a pandemic.

To make the event as interactive as possible, we're kicking things off with a Live Poll to help gather some feedback and increase engagement of the event's topic. Following the poll, a speaker will discuss how the lockdown has changed professional relationships, workplace culture, and the way we work.

After some Q&A, the results of the poll will be displayed and attendees will be broken out into smaller discussion groups. Groups will discuss the results of the live poll and a number of other discussion questions related to the topic.

The Mentorship Committee members will each moderate the group discussions along with the speaker joining as many groups as possible.
