Barb Forster

With nearly two decades of experience, Barb has been an integral part of Windley Ely since 2005, serving as an Account Manager in our Operations Division. Over her career, she has developed deep expertise in managing Workers' Compensation programs for some of Canada's largest employers, including those in the retail, construction, and transportation industries. Barb's experience extends to complex claims management and advising on the critical role of experience rating in corporate transactions. In addition to her claims expertise, Barb brings years of experience overseeing one of Canada's largest retailers' Health and Safety programs. She plays a key role in shaping their injury reporting processes, rolling out new policies, and ensuring compliance with Ministry of Labour regulations. Before joining Windley Ely, Barb spent 13 years at the WSIB, where she gained invaluable insight into WSIB policies, procedures, and customer service, providing guidance to employers and workers alike.
