Jeffrey Patterson

Jeffrey Patterson is a partner and labour and employment lawyer at Miller Canfield’s Windsor office. He advises public and private sector clients on a wide range of labour and employment issues including labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, interest arbitrations, wrongful dismissals, employment standards, workplace safety and insurance, employment contracts, human rights and accommodation and related court litigation. In his labour and employment practice, Jeffrey regularly represents clients before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Jessica Paglia

Jessica Paglia is an associate lawyer in Miller Canfield's Labour and Employment Group. Jessica has experience with a wide range of issues including labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining and collective agreements, employment contracts, workplace safety and insurance, human rights and accommodations, employment standards, wrongful dismissals, and related court litigation. Jessica has experience on matters within the Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Board, and Ontario's Small Claims Court. Jessica also has experience with conducting third-party Workplace Investigation Reports. Jessica has provided training to clients on a variety of topics, including human rights and accommodations, health and safety, workplace harassment and violence, employment standards, WSIB audits, and unionized workplace standards.
