Julie  Rezvani, CHRP, CHRL, Managing Director

Julie Mahfouz-Rezvani, CHRP, CHRL, is a senior HR leader with 20+ years across the full people lifecycle, from talent acquisition and workforce planning to learning design, leadership development, HR strategy and compliance. As Managing Director of The Orion Group, she partners with SMEs, not-for-profits, the education sector and regulators to build practical, scalable people systems that lift performance and reduce risk. Julie has led large-scale policy reviews, competency frameworks, and training rollouts and is known for turning complex legislation and best practice into plain-language tools teams actually use. A committed practitioner and scholar, she is completing her MIRHR (Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resource) at the University of Toronto. Julie speaks and trains frequently on evidence-based recruiting, bias-aware assessment and manager capability building, with a style that is direct, pragmatic and focused on outcomes.
