This webinar introduces HRPA members to ORIGIN’s IL7 Ethics Online Program, a unique corporate training initiative rooted in the Seven Sacred Teachings. The program equips organizations with tools to embed Indigenous values such as Respect, Honesty, Humility, and Courage into workplace culture and decision-making. Through a combination of an ORIGIN-led presentation, client case examples, and a facilitated panel discussion, attendees will gain real-world insights into how leading organizations are using the IL7 program to advance equity, inclusion, and reconciliation.

David Abbott, Vice President of ORIGIN
David Abbott is an experienced Indigenous business leader with over 25 years in strategic initiatives, business development, and corporate engagement. As Vice President of ORIGIN, Dave leads initiatives that bring immersive VR learning and online Indigenous cultural training to organizations across Canada. He has worked extensively with corporate partners, to integrate Indigenous values into corporate culture and workforce development.
