This webinar will provide a guided tour of the HRPA Knowledge Bank powered by Mindtools, demonstrating how members can use the platform to develop professional skills, address real workplace challenges, and access practical learning resources whenever they need them.
Participants will learn how to navigate the platform effectively, discover resources relevant to their career goals, explore Skill Bites and Credly badges, track their learning, and make full use of the articles, videos, toolkits, and expert content available as part of their membership.
Whether members are looking to strengthen leadership skills, improve communication, support wellbeing, manage change, or continue their professional development journey, this session will help them unlock the full value of the Knowledge Bank.
