As pay transparency legislation took effect in Ontario on January 1, 2026, organizations must prepare to embrace a transformative shift in compensation practices. This pivotal change presents both risk and opportunity for employers. If handled well, employee trust, engagement and performance could grow. If not handled well, all of these are at risk. This webinar is designed to equip senior business and HR leaders with keen understanding of what could go wrong and the essential knowledge and skills to get it right. Join Gallagher's experts as they explore a real-world case study, while diving into a complete view of pay transparency – best intentions, best practices and the most critical, often underestimated driver for successful implementation.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Sensitivity to legislation red flags that pose risk to employee retention and new hire attraction.
  • Insight into the critical role leaders must play in championing your company's pay philosophy, making sound pay decisions, and having effective pay conversations with employees.
  • Tips for optimizing employee experience through effective communication.
