Speaker bio(s)
Alex Toth, Human Resources Generalist

Alex is an HR Manager at the Mitsubishi Chemical Group. His journey began at the University of Guelph, where he graduated with honors, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Psychology. Alex further honed his skills at York University, specializing in Human Resources Management and obtaining his CHRP certification. He joined a manufacturing company in Kitchener right out of school, and got to work immediately, trying to gain a wide scope of generalist HR experience, often in roles with little local support on-site. Through this experience, he has gained invaluable experience in navigating the complexities of the HR landscape.
