Top talent is hard to get, and can be harder to keep. This session will explore two perspectives of the current talent landscape. Two experts will explore the changing dynamic of talent acquisition and retention, and how the law intersects the complex game of talent acquisition and retention. Attendees will hear the panelists cover topics such as last minute negotiations, trends in employee expectations, retaining top talent while considering a slowdown or reduction of other employee groups, and the implications on employment contracts, and employer risk.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Updating knowledge of the legal landscape as it relates to recruitment, negotiations and retention.
  2. How to anticipate, or mitigate risks of new hire ghosting and turnover.
  3. Better understand onboarding and retention trends and risks, and the impact on your business/organization.

Agenda:

8:00 AM Welcome, Breakfast and Networking
8:25 AM Opening Remarks
8:30 AM Presentations | Q and A
10:00 AM Event Concludes
