There is no questioning that we are/have been in times of immense change and stress between at work challenges and at home. Sherry's workshop focuses on building resilient cultures and workforces by educating both leaders and teams. Human resource managers face the bulk of "people problems" and are leaned on to support the team and provide solutions as the first line of defense. By creating the skills to be personally more resilient and lead your team to follow in those footsteps it has been proven to create a more positive and productive environment!

Learing Objectives:

  • To become more adaptive, rather than re-active leader in your workforce. Leading by example to build a resilient culture
  • To gain skills to teach educate your staff on how to overcome daily changes/challenges
  • To build tools as a leader to identify mental health in the workplace and create solutions within your workforce
