This interactive and reflective workshop is designed to help leaders and HR professionals develop the skills and CONFIDENCE needed to have some of those tough conversations focused on performance, accountability, retention, workplace behaviours, and upcoming business changes. Workshop host Carrie-Lynn Hotson will help participants identify their own strengths and challenges in managing others. Participants will learn the importance of "Knowing Who You Lead" and will be given tools and strategies to incorporate into their current leadership practices.

- Identifying and strengthening your personal leadership skills and confidence
- Recognizing how others' needs and behaviors may impact how we communicate and are understood
- Developing enhanced strategies to improve relationships with your team through engaging dialogue
